WHICH IS WORSE??

A very happy day to uollss,...

today i will shares some awesome info where we can together compares our commonest lifestyle
boo boos and discovers a few surprising facts that we do not aware of it...so take your time to read and enjoice.....

BEING UNDERWEIGHT VS BEING SLIGHTLY OVERWEIGHT

It's worse being stick thin...... everyone knows that being overweight or obese has hazardous health risks, but very few people are aware of how bad it is to be underweight.....According to Lyndel Costain, a health services dietician, people with a Body Mass Index (BMI) of under 18.5 (the official definition of 'underweight') have weaker bones, fewer 'reserves' if the fall sick, and, in the case of woman, are less fertile..Being underweight causes the immune system to be weak, irregular menstruation, anaemia, osteoporosis, hair loss, low muscle mass and even pregnancy difficulties! A study by a London School of Hygiene And Tropical Medicine team found that underweight women are 72 per cent more likely to experience miscarriage in the first three months of pregnancy....

HAVING BELLY FAT VS HAVING THIGH AND HIP FAT

Get rid of that spare tire, pronto! It's called visceral fat- those hateful layers of fat that lie deep inside the abdomen....They are more dangerous more than the subcutaneous (beneath the skin) fat you can pinch with your fingers, according to a study by Harvard Women's Health Watch...Unlike the fats that give you a pear shape, fat around your midriftf is particularly dynamic and can cause asthma, cardiovasculor disease, dementia and breast cancer...The bright side: your belly fat responds better to diet and exercise!...Regular workouts, balanced diets and sufficient sleep will help you bid farewell to your deadly enemy.....

EATING LATE DINNERS VS SKIPPING BREAKFAST

Never, EVER skip breakfast!..... People who skip breakfast often shift the calories intake to later in the day, eating the majority of their daily calories at night..It is true that breakfast IS the most important meal of the day...In fact, that is exactly the reason for the old saying,
"Eat breakfast like a king....lunch like a prince...and dinner like a pauper"
According to Tanya Jolliffe, an online dietician, by supplying energy after you wake up in the morning, you are sending signals to your body to wake up from conservation mode and snap back to normal...Irregular eating is more of a problem compared with night eating, so make breakfast a healthy kick-start to you day..

BINGEING ONCE A WEEK VS OVEREATING EVERY DAY

PIGGING OUT EVERY SINGLE DAY IS WORSE...if overeating every day becomes a habit, it adds on kilos faster than you can imagine compared with having a cheat day to binge eat once a week....There might be a hormonal issue going on somewhere during your cheat days, but overeating is what causes obesity eventually....though we Malaysians can't resist eating most of the time (guilty as charged!)...he expert advises on exercising, especially doing the Burpee exercise, where you do a push-up then jump in the air to burn the excess calories.

well....let we check another 4 info that makes us thinking which is more worse than the other one...(actually both of it are worst..huhuhu..)..cekkidout

SMOKING CIGARETTES VS PUFFING SHISHA

The Shisha is more 200 times worse than a cigarette.....says expert from the Middle East...Mostafa Mohamed, Professor of Community Medicine in Cairo says, "Heat sources commonly used in shisha pipes to burn the tobacco are likely to increase health risks when they burn they produce their own toxins ( flavoured tobacco from these fuels adds even more toxins!)...Shisha smokers and those around them are at greater risk!!...A Shisha session that typically lasts for an hour involves inhaling 100 to 200 times the volume of smoke compared with smoking a cigarette...Not only that, shisha's secondhand smoke is highly hazardous too...Scary fact: shisha smoke contains a huge amount of chemicals that causes heart disease and cancer.....

DRINKING BEER VS DRINKING SODA

Beer is worse but barely... The amount of sugar is contained is sodas elevates your blood sugar, resulting in a strong insulin release that stores the extra sugar as body fat and causes weight gain...Moreover, a soda contains about 140 calories whereas a beer has 110...In short, it's mainly the sugar effect that makes soda an unhealthy beverage, and it can cause mood disorders, poor digestion, blood sugar fluctuation and tooth and bone decay...However,alcohol is much worse because it can damage the brain, nervous system, intestines and even cause infertility and impotence...Just take a look at any alcoholic - their health is likely to be much worse...In short, both beer and soda are bad - why choose between the lesser of evils when you can avoid both instead??? ;)

GETTING DRUNK EVERY NIGHT VS BINGE DRINKING OCCASIONALLY

Binge drinking is worse, period...Dr. Mehmet Oz (cardiothoracic surgeon) explain this is because the liver can only metabolise very little alcohol...Too much of it at one go will result in lots of health issues...You have never have two shots in a row: Dr. Oz advises that you gulp down a glass of water in between each drink to help keep your metabolism going...

TAKING LONG NAPS VS HAVING SLEEPLESS NIGHTS

Long naps will worsen insomnia...Be careful about catching 40 winks because it can play havoc on your night-time sleep, causing a sleep-wake change in your biological clock ...Sleepdisorders.lifetips.com reminds you that a long nap starts resetting your body clock and can make it harder for you to sleep at night...So..if you're having insomnia, no snoozes or naps throughout the day!

its so awesome i can share this info to uollss....till we meet again on another story mory k..love uoollss..muahh..papai...
